1.         Create   programs that connect with the youth in a setting where they feel they belong, using all creative possible methods, multi media, music, creative arts  and technology.

2.          Teach to  implant Biblical truths in the lives of the youth so that they form beliefs, values and life purpose according to God’s will.

3.          Reach out to the second and third generation Christian youth of FARM, and lead them to be active, participative Movers.

4.          Disciple the youth to become the  youth we envision them to be, through the WizeUp Youth discipleship program as well as within the framework of the Moving Experience discipleship program of FARM.

5.          Build strong connections between the youth and their parents, the church leaders and their peers.

6.          Assimilate the youth contacts and converts into the family of FARM

7.          Provide settings where the youth can express their God-given energy and talents; as well as facilitate their ministry placements in the FARM family.

8.          Train the youth to be witnesses and mobilize them  as a  mission force to reach their generation in campuses and communities.

9.          Enlist and involve them as prime movers for church planting.
